“After joining the ATC in 2003 at the minimum possible age, I have achieved many things through the Air Cadets, from shooting a variant of the weapon that today’s soldiers use in Afghanistan and Iraq on the frontline, to flying solo at the age of 16. We realised that one thing had never been completed at our Squadron, so we aim to put 339 Squadron on the Map by doing the Jailbreak. My hobbies include flying; Power kiting, and Most Sports. I am currently studying Maths, Physics, German and General Studies at A-level at Ivybridge Community College. I spend my weekdays at school, doing exercise and RAF preparation, and my weekends as a Flight Staff Cadet at 624 Volunteer

“I joined the ATC at the age of 15 to fly and shoot. I am currently studying physics, maths and ICT at A2 level, and hope to join the RAF after university. Outside of school (and cadets) I am an assistant coach at my local ju-jitsu club, where I am a brown belt. I also enjoy long-distance running, and hope to take part in the Plymouth Half marathon later this year.”
